Eric Dixon, DDS

Dr. Eric Dixon is a San Diego native and a Torrey Pines High School alumnus. He earned a BS degree in Neurobiology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in May of 1998. In June, 2001 Eric received his Doctor of Dental Science Degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and was recognized with the school's top honor for treatment of pediatric patients. 
Eric completed his Pediatric Dental training at the University of California at Los Angeles, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Eric has volunteered as a board member of the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, San Diego County Dental Society and the California Pediatric Dental Research Conference.
Eric is also on the UCSD Share the Care Dental Advisory Board and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UCSD.
Eric also volunteers with International Health Emissaries,  bringing much needed dental care to the underprivileged children of the third world.

Eric married Dr. Stephanie Dixon in 2004, and enjoys spending time with his two sons, skateboarding, skiing, soccer and travel.

Tiffany Chan, DMD

Dr. Tiffany was born and raised in Hong Kong. She studied in England before completing her dental training at the University of Hong Kong. Tiffany practiced as a general dentist in Hong Kong before she received her D.D.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her passion for working with children led her to continue her education at the University of Southern California’s Pediatric Dental Residency Program and Long Beach Memorial/Miller Children’s Hospital. Tiffany enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Tiffany recognizes the importance of oral health, and loves being involved with her community. She has volunteered and provided oral health care for underserved children in China and Vietnam.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys hiking, being a dedicated member of a trivia team, and cheering on the USC football team with her husband.

Stephanie Dixon, DDS

Dr. Stephanie Dixon received a Biology degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in May of 1996. In June, 2001 she received her Doctor of Dental Science Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, School of Dentistry. There she was awarded with multiple honors for her care of children, including the school’s top honor. 
Stephanie completed her Pediatric Dental training at the University of California at Los Angeles where she served as the Chief Resident of the department. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Stephanie is very involved with philanthropy, both locally and throughout the world. She sits on the board of the YMCA in San Diego, and has helped raise funds for to build the new Copley YMCA.
Stephanie volunteered with the California Dental Association’s “CDA Cares” program in San Diego which helped treat the underserved population of San Diego that was in desperate need of dental care.

Stephanie also volunteers with International Health Emissaries,  bringing much needed dental care to the underprivileged children of the third world.
Stephanie married Dr Eric Dixon in 2004, and enjoys raising her family in San Diego, visiting friends and family in Reno, NV and traveling around the world.

Jenna McDonald, DDS

Dr. Jenna McDonald was born and raised in San Diego where she graduated from Point Loma High School.  At the University of California, Davis she received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in biology and a minor in psychology.  She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where she was awarded the school’s top honor for treatment of children.  
Jenna then completed her Pediatric Dental training at the University of Southern California where she was named Outstanding Resident of the Year.  While at USC, she worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Children’s Hospital Orange County and Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach.  She is currently a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Jenna’s passion for pediatric dentistry has taken her around the world to provide care to disadvantaged children in Romania, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running and hiking.  On the weekends, you can find her at Dog Beach with her husband, Colin, and their golden retriever, Bodey.
Jenna and Colin have three amazing children, and are thrilled to start their family in San Diego.

Our Orthodontists

Brenda Caillouel DDS, MSD

Dr. Caillouel received a degree in dentistry from the University of the Pacific and graduated with numerous awards, including the Arthur A. Dugoni Excellence in Clinical Care Award, the Colgate-Palmolive Clinical Research Awards, National Dean’s List for scholastic achievement, and the International Congress of Oral Implantoligists Award. Her undergraduate degree is in Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Caillouel is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Caillouel lives in La Jolla with are amazing husband and their wonderful son. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cooking, surfing and travel.

Brittany Koncz, DMD

Dr. Brittany Koncz graduated as valedictorian from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and was honored with induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. 

Dr. Brittany’s passion for detail and working with her hands led her to go on to complete an additional two years of specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, NY. 

She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and has been practicing orthodontics for over ten years.

Dr. Brittany believes in providing individualized attention and care to her patients of all ages, educating them each step along the way so that they can be ecstatic about their final results and make it last a lifetime! In her free time she enjoys traveling, day trips, trying new restaurants and baking gourmet cupcakes!
